The Beech Tree is a family restaurant and bar situated just north of Glasgow at the foot of the landmark Dumgoyne Hill. What makes the Beech Tree so special? It combines a country setting with good comfort food, good service, a large family garden with kids play area, lots of animals, & a small grocery & gift shop. The menu is wide-ranging and accessible to all tastes. Our staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. We have customers who have been coming for years, and many more new faces since our extensive improvements to the facilities and menu.

We welcome everyone, from families to solitary walkers, cyclists, courting couples to lunching ladies. The animals our customers can see at the Beech Tree are Pygmy Goats, Ducks, Rabbits, Sheep, Chinchillas, Guinea Pigs, Mini Shetland Ponies, Tortoise, Hamster, Goldfish, Quails, Silkie Chickens & Aviaries with mixed Birds. We are constantly making improvements so it is better for you every time you come.
